Toothpaste Pack
Check out this hot collab between solebox and New Balance. Sneaker Freaker broke these and we are still waiting for a release date. These 1500 feature a nice mix of suede, patent, and mesh. The colors work great together and the white leather/mesh mix make the texture of the suede really stand out. Very Nice!

Established in 2001, Parisian communications agency and all-around urban trend setter, La MJC is celebrating its 6th birthday this summer. To mark the occasion, it is releasing another New Balance 1500 with Colette. This one is made in the UK and limited to 190 pairs worldwide. Release date is July 7th exclusively at the Colette shop in Paris and online at Sold Out.
Notable is the heavy use of “black carbon” material from the Flimby UK factory, matched with the gray suede that is the hallmark of NB running sneakers. For the first time the 1500 will feature an all-fuchsia sole to match one of the dominant colors on lamjc.com. Included in the package are both black and fuchsia laces. The lining and inner sole are made of black leather for added comfort and style.

New at Overkill is the 1500 BCW in Light Brown / Dark Brown / White. Looks like a sister shoe to the 1500 KCW and 1500 OCW with the cool camo interior lining. Price is € 150.

Here’s a preview of three very nice looking Japanese CM1500’s for summer 2007. The DW (brown/white) and BP (black/purple) are said to be dropping this May at selected Tier 1 European shops. Then in August they will become more widely available in Europe along with the BW (black/white) colorway. All three share a perforated white toebox.
Thanks to seioz @ the CT forums for the heads up and r2b2 for release dates. Photos via Shoe Planet.
Personally I’m all about the DW’s!!

The 1500 KCW is a monochrome sibling to the 1500 OCW (previously). The subtle exterior is spiced up with canvas material and the same camo interior as the OCW. Check the textures on the closeup.
Get it now at Overkill for EUR 149.90.

September 2007 Preview
Over at Nice Kicks you can find a preview of NB’s September 2007 offerings. There appear to be two 576s, two 1500s(?) and two 990s.
These are clearly a step in a different direction with louder prints, simple N’s that appear to have been applied with a paint stick, contrast stitching and new model number tag placements.

A new 1500 is now available at Overkill over in Berlin. The 1500OCW features wood green and dark brown leather, canvas, and a camo mesh interior. Thanks Robert @ Overkill for the heads up ![]()
Update: this is also at Sold Out, colette & La MJC’s web shop in France.

1500 snea-q
Berlin’s snea-q has dropped a minimal black and silver 1500, available now at their online shop for €150 and limited to 150 pairs.
At first glance it’s similar to the plain vanilla 1500s but they’ve added some carbon panels, shiny silver accents, and what looks like a cream leather interior. Nice shoe!
